Information on exchanges may be found here or within a products description.

Belt exchanges:

You can exchange your WPS belt for a new size or color of the same belt model anytime within 30 days of receiving your belt. Please note, we will not be accepting returns in used condition. All returns must be in new/unused condition. To request an exchange please fill out this form.

Please advise, this exchange is only for WPS - Blue Alpha fulfilled belts:

If your WPS belt arrives torn or with stitching issues, please let our customer support team know and we'd be happy to repair it for you!

After filling out our exchange form, your request should be processed (if it follows the guidelines) and shipped out within 1-2 weeks. A return label with instructions will be sent within the exchange package for returning the initial belt back to us.

Apparel/shirt exchanges:

You can exchange your WPS apparel for a new size or color of the same item anytime within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, we will not be accepting returns in used condition. All returns must be in like new condition. To request an exchange please contact our support team.

Vertx Exchanges

Vertx products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer will need to pay for the return shipping of the item. To request a Vertx exchange, please contact our customer support team

Exchange Process

Please advise, we're currently unable to process exchanges that require shipping outside of the U.S. at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support while we strive to make this available as we continue to grow.
