When will a product be restocked?
We do not offer a waitlist or accept pre-orders for any products that are out of stock. However, for all restocks of in-demand products, we give our Patreon Supporters advance notice. Beyond getting first dibs on product restocks, they also receive early access to training, exclusive WPS swag, responses to messages directly from John, and so much more. How do I leave a review on a product?
We'd love to hear how your item's been working for you! Feel free to fill out a product review located near the bottom of the products page including your feedback on the experience.
How long will it take for a product to ship?
Within the designated products description, there should be lead times giving a relative timeframe of when the item should be shipping out from the date the order was placed. Average lead time is 1-2 weeks from order date.
Some products may ship separate from other products in your order if they are fulfilled through an outside vendor. Tracking numbers should reach your email depending on the product.
Product make and manufacturing
At Warrior Poet Society we strive to supply products made in the U.S.A. as much as possible. With this mission, we're proud to say the majority of our products are made/manufactured here in America. In fact, some of our most popular products such as the WPS Rifle Sling is made in our headquarters state, Georgia.
If you come across a product not made in the U.S.A., we appreciate your support and patience while we grow and accomplish our American made goal as soon as possible.
Please note, the clear case containing the WPS Tac Pen is what's made in China, not the pen.
