Why does an order status read "Awaiting Fulfillment"?
No worries, during this stage our order fulfillment center or partnering vendors are currently putting your order together for you. Shipping lead times are advertised in product descriptions to provide you with a relative timeframe of when your order should ship.
- Step 1: Submit Order and Checkout
After checking out products from WPS Supply Store, you should receive an email confirming your purchase. (Please be sure to check your spam folder too)
- Step 2: Preparing and Packing your Order
During this time, we're currently packing up your order and arranging its shipment. Within the description of the product you ordered, a lead time should be mentioned to inform you how long it will take before shipping your way. Average lead time is 1-2 weeks. Please await its fulfillment.
Some items may ship quicker, such as accessories and apparel that are grab-and-go. Others such as customizable belt rigs are made-to-order, so they take longer to prepare for perfection.
- Step 3: Shipping your Order
As soon as your order ships, an automatic email is immediately sent to you including a tracking number so you may oversee its transportation and ETA. (Please be sure to check spam folder)
If you didn't receive a shipping update email, your order might contain products from another brand that doesn't have order tracking, or you've unsubscribed from receiving emails from us. In this case, feel free to contact our support team if you haven't seen any updates within the products lead time and we'd be happy to help!
Common Customer Service Tickets:
"My order status says awaiting fulfillment and it's been 2 days since my order date."
If a product in the order has a lead time of 1-2 weeks (mentioned in description) please standby for a shipping update within the 5-12 days left.
"I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail."
