For service members deploying within 1-2 months of ordering, we'll work to ship your package out as soon as possible for you. To do so, please reach out to our customer support team and they'd be happy to help make this happen!

We offer a one-time 10% off discount in exchange for customers signing up for marketing communications from us*. This helps us market our products without relying on big tech! *Some exclusions apply.
Sales: We have multiple sales on different products throughout the year. Signing up for marketing communications is the best way to keep in the know about the latest sales and deals!
Unfortunately we are unable to grant discounts on orders placed outside the timeframe of a sale/deal, and we reserve the right to deny returns for customers who are attempting to return a previously purchased product in order to get it at the sale price.
Refunds & Charges to customer accounts:
Upon completing (or adding to) an order, a charge should hit your account immediately after.
If you've been refunded by us, the amount should reach your account within 3 business days.
"Did my order/payment go through?"
You should receive a confirmation email including details of your order upon completing a checkout. Please be sure to check your spam folder too.

You should be able to reset your password following the 'Forgot my password' process. If this doesn't work, reach out to our customer support team and they'd be happy to help you! Please include which platform you are referring to as well.
