EDCC Special Instructions

Clothing & Shoes:

Be sure to wear clothing practical for EDC training such as pants or shorts capable of supporting a holster. Feel free to bring your holster that you EDC with so you can "stress test" it in realistic fighting conditions. Your holster needs to be compatible with Glock 17/22/19/23. If you do not have a suitable holster, we can provide one for you.

Other clothing suggestions include:

  • Wear long sleeves and long pants for force-on-force training on Day 2
  • Shoes on mats are limited to low tread (i.e. wrestling, boxing, Chuck Taylor's). Please note some venues may not allow even low tread shoes on the mats.

Other Considerations:

You may want to bring a mouthpiece and/or a cup, but these are optional. Be sure to trim your finger and toenails to prevent scratching your partner. Trust us when we say he or she will thank you for doing this!
